Sheira Brayer is a speaker, multiple award-winning songwriter, and author of Motiv8: 8 Ways To ROCK Your Own World, an empowerment book for mothers and daughters. Based on her acclaimed seminar, of the same name, Motiv8 offers 8 skills to help improve the most important relationship: the one we have with ourselves.
And because Sheira believes that we learn best through music (and humor), she composed an original song for every chapter of the book.
Sheira also spent over a decade as the co-creator and head songwriter of “Dittydoodle Works,” the Emmy-nominated and nationally distributed children’s television series, for which she wrote almost 200 songs. She has also used songwriting to contribute charitably, composing custom songs for sick children through the Songs of Love Foundation, as well as the theme song for the esteemed Wounded Warrior Project®.
In addition to being a tenacious creative force, Sheira is also a mother of two, a wife of one, and a friend of basically everyone she encounters. She lives with her husband in Dix Hills, NY.
