Antoinette Klatzky is a partner in strategy and operations for the Eileen Fisher Community Foundation, which works to bring transformational change for the betterment of society and the planet.
She is the Executive Director and Co-Creator of the Eileen Fisher Leadership Institute, which since 2010 has promoted leadership and self-empowerment for young women. At the Foundation she co-developed the Choose Handloom project, a Human Rights Initiative in a supply chain community in India. She continues to build personal growth and mindfulness based curriculum for Eileen Fisher’s newest initiative, Lifework. A graduate of Bucknell University, she has been honored by the White Plains YWCA, the Westchester County Board of Legislators, and the Business Council of Westchester for her service to the Westchester community. Antoinette has served on multiple local non-profit boards. She currently serves on the board of the Presencing Institute and as the Co-Chair of the Westchester Women’s Agenda.
